OUTER LUGGAGE SHELL
What is covered:Manufacturing defects such as shell cracks.What is not covered: Damages caused to your Bags due to airline mishandling or accidents.Regular wear & tear of using the product or improper use of the luggageDiscoloration due to use of unspecified chemical / cleaning material
ZIPPER
What is covered: Zipper damage and malfunction What is not covered: Zipper damage due to over packing / overload
OTHER PARTS (TROLLEY, WHEELS, HANDLE)

Soft bags and accessories

We offer an domestic warranty against manufacturing defects of 12 months for our soft bags and accessories.
Here’s a breakdown of what is covered in the warranty:

WHAT IS COVERED
Functional damages like zipper damage, USB charging, Lock malfunction.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Regular wear & tear of using the product or improper use of the bag.Discoloration due to use of unspecified chemical / cleaning material
Quick fixes

In case your product is damaged within the warranty period, we will first need to assess the damage. In case the product can be repaired due to a minor defect, we’ll send you the spare part, along with a step-by-step guide to help you fix-up your Bag or you can visit any nearby reliable Bag repair shop along with the spare parts. Just send us an email, and we'll guide you through the quick and simple process of replacing the parts yourself.

  • Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation incidents.
  • If a replacement for the product is required and the original item is unavailable, We will provide a comparable alternative. Please note that any price difference or unavailability of a similar product will not be the responsibility of ICON.
