WHERE DOES ICON SHIP TO?
We currently ship everywhere in India.
WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
Online order numbers start with ICON and are followed by numeric digits. You’ll see this on your original order confirmation as well as any shipment emails. If you received your order as a gift and don’t have access to the order number, we’ll just need a couple more details about your gifter so that we can locate it for you! Please include their name, email address, and your shipping address if you received it directly to your home. We will not be able to assist with any returns unless we can locate the original order number.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time at our warehouse before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. 
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, but you can cancel your order within 1 hour of checking out. If you miss the cancelation window but need to change your address, please reach out to us here and we’ll see what we can do. If you’re looking for a different product and are traveling soon, we recommend that you place a new order for the color or size you would prefer, and we can assist with a return of the original order once you receive it.

DO YOUR SUITCASE AND BAGS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes all the ICON products comes with the comprehensive warranty. Please refer to our warranty page for detailed T&C.
HOW CAN I AVAIL WARRANTY ON ICON PRODUCTS?
ICON products comes with a warranty that can be availed simply by dropping us a mail at care@icon.in . We’ll take care of the rest.
DOES ICON OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY?
While we may not offer a lifetime warranty, all of our suitcase are made from a German Bayer poly-carbonate shell that passes the highest industry standards in terms of quality check and are virtually unbreakable.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at care@icon.in and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right. We've kept a flexible returns policy so that just in case the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it back at no cost to you whatsoever. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Our customer support team will to ensure you have the smoothest experience possible. You can rest assured that our team is doing everything it can to process your refunds on your returns ASAP. Currently, it takes around 7 days for your refund request to be processed.

HOW DO I SET THE TSA LOCK ON MY ICON SUITCASE?
1. Start with the lock open and the zipper pulls released, and make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0.2. Push the reset button down with a pen or pointed object until it clicks—no need to keep holding it down after that; it’ll automatically stay down. (The reset button is the small square button right next to the number dials.)3. Roll the digits on the dials to the combination of your choice.4. Slide the latch towards the dials. The reset button will pop back up and your combination will be setAll ICON suitcase comes with the user manual on how set the TSA lockPlease note that once you set your lock, no one else will know how to get in your bag—and that includes us. We suggest emailing the combo to yourself, tucking it into your passport, or saving it under a contact in your phone—anything to make sure you don’t lock yourself out.
HOW DO I SET THE NUMBERED LOCK ON MY ICONIC BACKPACK?
The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow below instructions:1. Put the dials at its original number 0-0-02. Press down the reset button with a tool until hear the ‘click’ sound3. Set your combination by turning the dials.4. Push the button on side towards to the numbers and the reset button will be back when you hear the ‘click’ sound.
Personalization
HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ORDER?
To personalise your order: Visit our website, choose your ICON bag, select “Add Personalisation” and add your initials! The initials will be embossed on the ICON Brand Tag. The cost of personalization is on us. PS : Personalisation is applicable only on luggage products, some of the backpacks & handbags as mentioned on the product page.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?
Currently we do not have any retail outlets that you can visit. We do offer a 30-days no questions asked return policy.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR DELIVERY?
All ICON luggage bags & Handbags are packed in a premium dust bag which is shipped in a cardboard box to your doorstep. Our backpacks are secured with a special zipper enclosure which is shipped with a cardboard box.
Care
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ICON SUITCASE?
It is impossible to prevent your luggage from getting a few scuffs and marks; however, with a little time and care you can have your luggage looking brand new. Clean your bag’s exterior shell and interior lining using a soft cloth or sponge, warm water, and mild soap / dishwashing liquid. Use a clean, dry cloth to remove the excess moisture from the shell. You can also use this method to clean off the zipper, handle and the wheels on your bag. Also be careful not to hit any curb or bumps too hard when rolling your suitcase, this will help wheels to not damage.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ICON SOFTBAGS?
We recommend spot cleaning with warm or cool water to wipe stains away. Even if stains persits, try adding small amount of stain remover / mild detergent to damp the cloth before scrubbing gently.
WHERE DO I STORE MY ICON PRODUCTS?
Avoid exposure to moisture and keep it dry. Any ICON Bags which is stored in an attic or basement should be taken out of storage, opened and permitted to 'air' regularly. This will help to prevent mildew from forming as a result of humidity. When not in use, put the bags into the dust / waterproof cover or the original box for proper storage.
