Returns, Refund & Cancellation


If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

We've kept a flexible returns policy so that just in case the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it back at no cost to you whatsoever.
We have 30 days return / exchange policy. We accept returns if (a) products are unused & in their original condition and packaging (b) all accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags, boxes, other brand assets in the package) are returned as well.

Product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account post acceptance of return within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.
In case it is taking longer than 7 working days , please drop an email to and we will fix it as soon as possible.



Orders can be canceled at any time. In case you would like to cancel the order, please let us know by dropping an email and we'll do the rest.
In case the order is already in transit, we will do our best to inform the shipping vendor to cancel the order. However, sometimes the shipping vendor may not process the information in time and will attempt the order delivery. In this case, if the user just declines to accept the package, they will cancel the order and return the product back to us.
